Use all provided properties and equipment properly. Any broken or loss property will be responsibilities of the guest (will be charged upon checkout). Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. Be advised to keep valuables items in the hotel safe which is located at the lobby. Keep your door lock when you are not in the room or when you are sleeping. We have permanent guards in the resort and villa but they can’t monitors all the rooms at the same time. The hotel will not in any way or whatsoever, be responsible for the lost of guest’s belongings or any property.
Resort & Villas keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out. Lost key (each) for Resort & Villa key hangers will be charged IDR 500.000. Lost keys of safety deposit box will be charged IDR 1.000.000.
Guests may not remove furnishings, or interfere with electrical network or any other installation in the rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management.
In the case where the guest becomes ill or injured, the hotel can help the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest’s expenses.
For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 12 years of age without the supervision in the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises. (E.g. Gym & Fitness area, Swimming Pool). Management will not be responsible for any accident happen for this case.
Washing clothes is not allowed in the room, or pool. Laundry is available in the hotel; kindly ask the reception or housekeeping.
Guests are to observe nighttime peace and quiet in the period from 10.00 p.m to 09.00 a.m, i.e. they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the hotel.
All kind of animal is prohibited to enter all resort and villas area.
Hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms; etc in the hotel premises by guests is strictly prohibited as well as a strong odors fruits e.g. Durians. Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, the lights in the room and its facilities as well the AC and to close the door as they leave. Keep your door and windows closed when the AC is working.
Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules. In the event that a guest is in branch of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
In certain condition there will be a pest control operation held for the overall area of the hotel (e.g. fogging for mosquitoes & insects, rats and etc). Therefore in such case the management will inform regarding the event to avoid any inconvenience happen for the staying guess. Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the hotel’s activities are welcomed by the hotel management.
